Since 2004 Portico Architects  works with one of Jamaica’s largest housing developers. 15 affordable homes schemes have been studied, designed, approved and handed over. Over 11,000 housing solutions have been added to Jamaica’s stock of homes including all infrastructure necessities, access roads and sewage treatment.  A further 4,000 homes are under construction island wide.
